TOPIC: [SOLVED] Individual registrant of an event not showing

Hello DTH,

I'm a long-time user and fan of your software and this one is a new one to me.
I'm running Joomla 3.2.1 and DTReg. 3.0.6a

The issue is I have 4 events currently. When I click RECORDS, I see all registrants for all events (So far so good)...but when I click on an individual registrant to see details, the screen goes all white (yet, the url seems to be a normal looking DT reg. url). I'm read the forum about records not showing up on the backend, but this situation seems unique. This only is the case for one specific event. Since I discovered this problem, we've had 3 additional registrants the symptoms are the same - record showing on the initial screen, but no detail.

I've also check my permissions (Myself) as a Super User with no other groups.
Please help!

Yes, there is a memory limit fatal error affecting some 3.x sites when opening a record to edit. We've just fixed this issue and will be updating the package shortly with that and some other fixes. It should be updated later today hopefully. Watch the announcements category of the forum... our social pages, etc.

We've made the new version available in the My Orders area now. Haven't posted yet, but it's there. Fix is now ready.
