TOPIC: Thank you message tag pull up last record data

Configuration --> Messages --> Thank you Message:

[FIRSTNAME] [LASTNAME]
Class: [EVENT_NAME] on [EVENT_DATE] at [EVENT_TIME]
Location: [LOCATION]

is not displaying the current event registration, but rather the last registration that came through-- so for example:

I register for an event as "Bob Smith" and in the thank you message, the name tag in his thank you message populates as "Susy Jones" who registered yesterday, the rest of the fields are also pulled from the previous record not the current record.

Wow, that is interesting. This would be an overly excited cache setup. You need to back down your cache. We recommend NO cache with DT Register, or any related extension. It only causes potential issues and simply isn't needed for registration processes. Whatever cache you are using, you need to set it to exclude DT Register. If it's not one that has that capability, replace it with one that does. In the meantime, shut it off until you can configure it (or a replacement cache) to not get in the way of registrations.
