TOPIC: [SOLVED] Reminder Email cron job errors

Many fatal errors~
This script needs a complete debugging & test.

Hi we really need a fix to this. We have paid our $75 and we are not getting any response here at all.

We can do 2 items.

1. we can code the cron to work here and bill you for it
2. or wait for your code, but this despends on the timescale as we have a customer waiting on this.

I would appreciate some communication on this.

As stated in your ticket...

We have found out the issue. It's not actually DT Register. It's your PHP version. Newer versions of Joomla do not work backwards compatible to older PHP versions and the cron job query that DT Register uses now breaks because of Joomla itself not being able to handle it when your PHP is older. If you are running PHP 5.3.1 or newer on your server, you should be just fine.

Note that you can not just put a command in your .htaccess file to make your SITE run in PHP 5.3. It has to be 5.3.1 or newer at the Apache server level.
