I have DT Register 3.0.3 and Joomla 3.1.5

For my fields, I am having a problem with moving these up or down after they are inputted in.

For example - when I click on Fields...It shows the first 10 of the many fields I have created. If I have a created field on page 3 and want to move it to page 1, I am unable to do so.

How can I fix this?
