After upgrading to DT 3.0.4 with Joomla 3.x and trying to look at member details all you can see is the first and last name of each. If you try to edit or add any new member you get a blank screen. See attached images.

Please set your error reporting in Joomla config to Maximum, then go back to the member data. The blank screen should show a fatal error now. Most likely you are running into a memory limit and will need to adjust your hosting configuration.
Regarding only first and last name showing... no one else has reported that, nor do we see that in our testing sites. Make sure your fields are saved with the parameter marked to include them in the group member details... and also that the event is saved with those fields set to show for each member. See if re-saving the fields and then the event makes any difference.
