Hi DTH Development

Can you please let me know when you are going to address ticket TECH-0ZU51EG81M? I have asked several times for a time frame for fixing the issue but you have not responded.

My clients are getting more and more anxious with this as I can't give them a time frame if you don't give me one to work with.

Please give me something to work with.
