TOPIC: Email Confirmations Not Working

Hi,

Just checking to see if anyone has found a fix for this. The mail function on our site is working, but it is giving us an error with DTH confirmations.

I need our company website to go live, and I am the one that recommended DTH, so it is my word that is on the line.

Anyone have any ideas?

Version of Joomla? What is the error message you are getting?

The Joomla version is 3.1 and the error message is,
"Notice
Could not instantiate mail function.

Could not instantiate mail function.

Could not instantiate mail function."

We are using a windows server to launch the site, but the contact us is working. We are using SMTP.

I have a ticket in with Nathan, but haven't heard anything in a while.

Are you running your own mail server as well?

We are running an Exchange box.

I wish we had an resolution for this. Still cannot get any support from DTH Development. We have tried just about everything. We have lost a few client events due to this issue and moved them to a solution that works.
