Strange that there is no reply on this question. I have the same error showing up on my development site, migrating from 1.5 to 3.2. Using dtregister version 3.0.4e. This is the same version as my live site.

Any suggestions? DT register is the last component for getting the site updated at this point.

It took a couple of saves but everything seems to be working now (after repeating steps 8 & 9). Plan to upgrade once the site update is completed.
