TOPIC: [FEE_BREAKDOWN] tag doesn't indicate discount code was used

In the confirmation e-mail and admin notifications, when using the [FEE_BREAKDOWN] tag, the breakdown doesn't indicate when a discount code was used. The breakdown therefore doesn't really account for all discounts and add-on fees and can be confusing to the person reading it. It would be nice to show that a certain dollar amount was subtracted, but not include the discount code itself to prevent sharing of the code.
