Is it possible to have logic around the selection of events? Ex: if you have several concurrent sessions then the person registering can only register for one of the offered events. The other events would not be available for registration after the event. Is this possible?

Is it also possible to have all the events emailed to the registrant? A schedule of events?

For this, you'd need to enable the configuration option of "Overlapping Event Check". This would keep users from registering for any event that overlaps (happens at the same time) as an event they are already registered for.

NOTE that enabling this feature will force a login requirement for all registrations. No public registrations will be available... as this feature utilizing the user ID of the logged in user to see what they've registered for.
