TOPIC: Is DTH still active?

I have an open case for 1 month now without reply in my case (have tried several times to get attention in the ticket system). Have also tried to get your attention through mail. Unfortnunately no luck, Is DTH still active? What am I paying for?

It sure seems like they have given it up. I've had a couple of tickets open for a long time and have even requested a quote for custom work, but haven't received a response.

We have been addressing Joomla 3.0 platform issues and trying to get DT Donate introduced for 3.0 as well. Sorry we hadn't responded to things including the customization request. This weekend we are working to get the last of the products rolled out for 3.0. Thank you for your patience.

Thank you for your response. I'm glad to know that you guys are still kicking! DT Register has the potential to be a great product once the bugs are worked out. With the focus on 3.0, will 2.5 still be supported by DTH? We've had a couple of showstopper issues and cannot deploy DTRegister on our site until they are resolved.
