TOPIC: Application error: Transaction declined

We just moved from Joomla 1.5 to 2.5. We are still testing the upgraded site, but we have DT Donate in Live mode.

We have setup our backend identical to our setup in 1.5.
We are getting the following error. Please someone help! We need this fixed asap due to a need to get our new site up and running.

This transaction failed due to an error in application. Please notify the site administrator and provide the text that is displayed below:
Reason: This transaction has been declined.

Also know, it is not the authorize.net side. My API and Transaction ID work perfectly on our current Joomla 1.5 site. The issue is with our 2.5 joomla site.

What version of DT Donate are you running and what is the date on your download of it?

The latest version - 3.0.0, downloaded on 1/17/2014.

Looks like the info is not being transmitted to Authorize.net, as there's no record of the declined transaction in their records.

Also, the PayPal option does work. However, the majority of our donors use Authorize, so it's really important that the Authorize.net integration is functional. Thanks in advance for any help...

You'll need to log a support ticket with admin access so we can check it out. No none else is reporting this problem currently.
