TOPIC: Recurring donation error

Hi, Nathan -

I'm using DT Donate 2.3.3 for Joomla 2.5.
I have enabled Recurring Donations in both DT Donate and Authorize.net - but when someone attempts to make a recurring donation he sees this error message:
"Your donation attempt failed.
Click here to try again."

Please let me know how to fix this or let me know if you need access to the site.

Anyone else having this problem with recurring donations - we have not been able to get this to work for several weeks now and our client is quickly loosing faith in us and DT Donate.

It does not appear that our setup is even talking with Authorize.net when selecting a recurring option - but when we do regulation donations working fine - (so the account is definatley setup with Authorize.net correct) and we are doing subscriptions at the Authorize.net end which are also working fine.

I can't believe we are the only folks that are having this problems - anyone else have any issues (or successes) with recurring payments with Authorize.net.

Interesting. Same error here. This is actually why I came to this board today.

Any input from DTH?

helix - we worked with peter through a support ticket and with updated the package with a fix for this. Make sure you have the current build of DT Donate.

Also, make sure you have ARB enabled in your Authorize.net account (assuming that is what you're using).
