TOPIC: Event Registration: Payment Try Again Authorize.net

I've updated Joomla to 2.5.28 and have installed the latest version of DTRegister: DTRegister3_1_4_UNZIP files.
Using Authorize.net and now I'm getting:
Event Registration: Payment
Try Again

Currently I have the payment set to "test" but it doesn't make any difference because it works the same when set to "live"

I've been trying to get everything updated so that I can update Joomla to the latest version of 3.x.

Can someone please point me in the right direction to fix this problem? I'm desperate!

What version did you upgrade FROM? When did you download the 3.1.4 package?

Check your Authorize.net account and see what it shows as the reason for the declined cards.

I'm sorry I don't know what version I downloaded from, I don't even know where to go to check the current version.
I downloaded the 3.1.4 package on 9/27/2015 4:20pm
There isn't anything that indicates that the cards are being declined just that when I go to process the card it say Try Again. I thought that was something going on with DTRegister and not Authorize.net.

OK, when I go to the control panel it say this:
Installed Version: 2.8.15b

As a first step, please download the DT Register package again and reinstall. You'll find it was updated to 2.8.15c to address a couple of items, one of which was tied to Authorize.net. Reinstalling will not affect your data (events, records, etc).

Ok I've updated to 2.8.15c and now I get this error:

Event Registration: Payment
Reason: The merchant API login ID is invalid or the account is inactive. Please notify the site administrator.
Try Again

verified authorize.net api login id but for some reason it's not going through. Any ideas where I'm going wrong?
