TOPIC: Authorize.net Update

Received an email from Authorize.net with the following information included:

"As part of our continuous upgrades to enhance system performance and security, on September 21, 2015, we are upgrading api.authorize.net to new security certificates, which are signed using Security Hash Algorithm 2 (SHA-2) and 2048-bit signatures."
"After the update is complete on September 21st, any website or payment solution that connects via api.authorize.net that cannot validate SHA-2 signed certificates will fail to connect to Authorize.Net's servers."

I have upgraded to 3.1.3. Will this update validate SHA-2 signed certificates?

This change from Authorize.net points to your SSL certificate and requirements there... not in the code of DT Register. Check with your host and your SSL certificate provider to make sure everything is in order.

After further review, we found that some changes WERE needed in DT Register. We have made them and they are now available in the newly updated package today.

Updated and now after adding credit card information, next screen show a "try again" button and does not charge the card.
