TOPIC: Front End Control Panel

We have the front end control panel set up and use the Event Coordinator level for access. They are set to edit their own trips only. The control panel will show Records and CSV reporting for only their trips but the other areas, they have access to all events.
Categories - they can edit and delete and should NOT
Events - they can edit all events and should NOT
Discount Codes - same
Pay Options - same

You must not have the latest version in place. Update to 2.8.14. If you still have issues, submit a ticket.

I have upgraded and someone with event coordinator access can still edit categories, etc. on the front end control panel. Still has access to all events. Should I open a ticket so that I can review with someone?

If these users are assigned to multiple user groups, it could cause issues. Make sure they are assigned to ONLY the intended user group then try again. Also note that any changes to user group assignments will NOT be applied by Joomla until that user logs out and logs in again.

If this doesn't help, then submit the ticket with as much detail as possible.
