TOPIC: Hidden Field - Need to show in Admin side

I need to have an active field for a workshop that is hidden on the front side (public), but is still available in the backside for editing on ea record. If attendee wants to change to a different day, or to be removed from that class, it still needs to show when that attendees record is opened. I chose Published, Hidden for the field options. It now is removed from Front Side, and shows in the CSV download, but is not an available field on the attendee record.

Any ideas for a solution?
