You can find that in the language file:

/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_dtregister.ini

The language files also support HTML, so you could pull an image in that way... and whatever other styling you'd like. Look for "DT_CONFIRM_PAGE_HELP".

Also, if you want to modify beyond that, the PHP view file that controls this display is:
/components/com_dtregister/views/event/tmpl/confirm.php
