TOPIC: Disappearing records

Using joomla 2.5.27 and dt reg 2.8.13a

I have random records disappearing from conditional fields.

When I go back and examine the confirmation email sent to the user I can see the input was entered, however when I click on the records and expand on registrants name the imputed field is blank.

I have a understanding of the trigger of the fault, however don't know the fix.

When in the backend if the user opens up a record that has a conditional field and then saves the record before the page has loaded the conditional fields, whatever was in the conditional field get over written with a blank.

Hello. I have confirmed this and appreciate your follow up feedback on what the issue is. This would only happen potentially with someone that has either a slower internet connection or a slower server. It was very difficult for me to replicate. I actually had to be very intentional and immediately save a record as soon as it opened on the page. That of course is not even a realistic action, but that's what I had to do to make this issue happen.

Anyway, we're looking at what we can modify to address this.
