Saifi510 Topic Author Offline Fresh Boarder Posts: 3 Thank you received: 0	Hello, using: DT 2.8.13a Joomla 2.5.20 when our clients try to register and pay they get this error "We're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now" we are using this account since more than 4 years i have attached a screenshot of what the clients are getting. Check this box to be notified of replies to this topic. Note: BBcode and smileys are still usable.

DT Register works just fine with PayPal. This has to be either a problem with your setup or the PayPal account. Verify that you have typed the email address in correctly to your pay options setup in DT Register... and have no spaces before or after.

You can put in a different PayPal account email address in the settings and see if that works. If so, you know it's the account. If not, you know it's a setup problem elsewhere. At that point, you could submit a ticket with admin access and we'll take a look.
