TOPIC: Save & Close button on Discount Codes page does not work

In DT Register 2.8.13, and DT Register 2.7, the Save & Close button on the Discount Codes page does not work on our site. No difference if it is a new code we try to create or a old code we try to edit.

- I have disabled ALL Joomla plugins, this does not help
- Other Save & Save&Close buttons on other pages work
- Firebug gives the following error for the Discount codes page:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'appendChild' of null’:

Hello. You are the only person to report such and issue and we can't replicate it on our sites. Has to be specific to your site. Please submit a ticket and let us know if it's on frontend discount code management or backend.
