TOPIC: Conditional Field Only Appears When Discount Is Entered With lowercase Letters

I created a checkbox field with "Conditional on a Discount Code" selected.

When I enter the discount code using UPPERCASE letters, my checkbox field DOES NOT appear.

When I enter the discount code using a combination of UPPERCASE & lowercase letters, my checkbox field DOES NOT appear.

When I enter the discount code using lowercase letters, my checkbox field DOES appear.

The discount works regardless of how a user decides to enter it.

Is it possible to have the conditional field work regardless of how a user enters a discount code?

I am using DT Register 2.8.13
