TOPIC: Editing Record in Backend

OK, I am obviously missing something here and cannot figure it out. I have spent the last few hours searching for this.

When I go to the Administration login, choose Records, select one of the records and then click on Edit I only get a few fields I can edit. How do I edit the rest of the data fields for that record?
