Hi I tried o log a support ticket but no reply so thought I'd try my luck here
I have tried 2.8.10 and more recently 2.8.12 but am getting errors with the EWAY payment gateway. More often than not I get redirected to EWAY (shared), enter my credit card details and click submit but it then fails on the EWAY site with an ERROR 404.
A support case was logged with EWAY but they said the following:
"It appears that your website is attempting to transfer the customer more than once through our system. When the customer has 3dSecure enabled on their card this is causing the issue as 3dSecure has strict checks for 'duplicates'.
Are you able to have your developer investigate this? They will likely need to check web server logs to identify why multiple requests are coming through."
When I click NEXT STEP in DT REGISTER to go to the payment gateway I do notice it sits for 30sec or so before directing to EWAY.

Is DTRegister using the correct API/gateway addresses for EWAY or is there somewhere I can look in the logs to help troubleshoot?
