Hello
I am fairly new to using DT register so I know that I have a lot to learn on how to use it to its full potential.
What I am working on is a golf tournament registration form that would have 4 levels of sponsorships to choose from or the option to register a just a foursome or individual?

So for example sponsorship levels
Double eagle
Eagle
Birdie
Par

And then another selection for foursome or individual in another drop down.

The issue that I would like to do would be if a person selects either the double eagle or eagle sponsors level they have a foursome included so I would like for then 3 other boxes come up for names of the other golfers. Same for the foursome selection.
Is this something that is possible and what would be the best way to go about it.

I would appreciate any help.

Yes this type of conditional setup is fine. I'd suggest watching this video tutorial to get a better handle on using conditional fields:

It's an old video, so there are actually MORE options now, but you'll get the idea. Also watch the selection fields video as that is very helpful too.
