TOPIC: Pay Later on screen message not displaying

I have created a custom onscreen message per event to display for participants that wish to pay later. They can pay at the event or mail in payment. At final checkout it does not give them the message I created and does not give them any message of closure or that checkout was complete. I have tried to attached screen shots to this message with no success. And will create a support ticket with the screen shoots.

As stated in your ticket, you are using an older build of DT Register and need to update. Plus your license is expired so you need a new one to get access to updates and any tech support.

Also, please do not double-post issues. Use the forum OR a ticket, whichever seems more appropriate to your issue... but not both. Thanks.
