TOPIC: One person can complete group entry

Event is set up to allow between 2 and 5 members with only group entry allowed. A single person can enter by doing the following

1) Enter Member 1 data
2) Add member to get to member 2 data
3) Dont enter any member 2 data but press back button
4) Unfortunately Complete group is still available when they go back to member 1 data and they can proceed to register the "group"
