Attached files to Thank You Email can't be removed in Frontend management of events. I tested it on your demo site and didn´t work too.

There is the hyperlink "remove" but it doesn't work. On the other hand in Backend administration it is possible to remove file properly.

Please give me an advice how to fix it. Our staff use the Frontend management only and when they want to remove file, they have to ask administrator for it and it is very impractical.
