TOPIC: Searching Records in Backend

Hello,

If I search for a persons name in Records, say "David Hill", it returns "David Hill" in addition to every David, Dave, and anything with Hill in it. It even returns random names that I am not sure why were returned like "William Oiler", "Anthony Revay Jr.", "Jennifer Wasilk".

Is that how the search is suppose to work? Are there any plans for refining the search functionality in the future? I would think that if I search for an exact name "David Hill", it will either return a record that matches "David Hill" or not.
