Hello, recently switched to using eWay and all is well in the world... except when a customer checks out with more than one item.
We've so far had one completely fail (payment went through to eWay but no registration record)... this time I can confirm that the registration went through and the payment... however the payment confirmation email from eWay didn't contain any information (as the individual ones do).
I suspect this is because we don't know which rego record to send back...?
When you register for multiple events using the cart, the payment record will not list all of the events. You'll have to connect the dots using the confirmation number.
