TOPIC: [SOLVED] Missing Registration Records

I created a registration form last month and it worked just fine. I got a confirmation and the test registration showed up in records.

I entered some registrations today with the pay later option and the confirmation message came up when I finished registering. When I went to check the records none of the information entered today is showing up in the records. How do I fix this problem?

Hello. I've never heard of a pay later registration failing to create a record. Did you receive confirmation emails? Emails only go out when the record is actually created.

I'm wondering if it's a permissions thing where you do not have permission to see records for this event. Do you see other records for this same event?

Also, what version of DT Reg are you running?

I did another test and it went through to the confirmation online but I did not receive a confirmation email.

I am trying to access the records in the backend of Joomla but nothing is showing up except for the test registration that I did in November.

I have DT Register 2.8.9.

The problem seems to be with Group Registrations. The individual registration option works just fine.

Then you have something wrong with your group options it sounds like. Make sure you have the fields firstname, lastname and email all assigned to BOTH Members AND Billing. If the group billing (main contact prior to going to pay options) does not have name and email, it can not create the record.

The current package is 2.8.9b so make sure you have that. It does sound like a setup issue though. If you can't sort it out, submit a ticket with access to your site so we can check your setup.
