DT Register has frontend event management, but it's not intended for public users to create events. Without logging in, they'd have no way to ever manage, edit, delete their events... so public users will not see an actual button to create an event to start with.

If you want one event to span multiple days on the calendar, just set the start and end dates to cover the full range.

If you want one daily event to just happen each day, create the one event and set it as a DAILY repeating event. You can select which days of the week to be included and how long to do the repeat.
