Hi,

Can anyone see a way of sending out different confirmation emails to group bookers, than to individual bookers?

At the moment I have to put both on the email, which looks odd because a group booking has blank data in the individual section, and an individual booking has blank data in the group section.

Individual booking details:

Name: [CHILD_FIRSTNAME] [CHILD_SURNAME]

Date of birth: [CHILD_DOB_DD] - [CHILD_DOB_MM] - [CHILD_DOB_YYYY]

Child's age as at 31st Aug this year: [CHILD_AGE]

etc....



Group booking details:

There are [GROUP_NUMBER] children in the group.

{GROUP_MEMBER}

Name: [CHILD_FIRSTNAME] [CHILD_SURNAME]

Date of birth: [CHILD_DOB_DD] - [CHILD_DOB_MM] - [CHILD_DOB_YYYY]

Child's age as at 31st Aug this year: [CHILD_AGE]

etc...

{/GROUP_MEMBER}

Any ideas?

Right now, it's not a high priority for us with other items already on the table. If you client is keen enough, maybe they'd pay to have this added as a custom project. It would get it done now rather than "someday" and it would be added to the package so it's always there with future updates too. If there's any interest there, create a customization ticket and we can discuss it further. Thanks!
