First, are you using the latest build of DT Register?

Second, you are hitting a limit of your server... specifically the PHP memory_limit. You'll need to ask your host to increase this setting. There is no magic number as it varies per site, but whatever you are asking DT Register to do is more than your PHP is configured to handle apparently.
