TOPIC: Group registration broken

There is a problem with the "Add Member" button function on the billing info screen, which results in the incorrect / inconsistent member registration info vs. payment info recorded to the database. I suspect the wrong member index offset is being passed. Adding a member results in a previous member info being overwritten and missing member info recorded to the database -- thus you can register and pay for 3 members and only 2 member info recorded.
