I'm a developer not the admin of this site so I can't say what the admin might have done. They are missing about a dozen records from an event. The way they know they are missing is that Authorizs.net has the record of the registrants who paid but they are not listed in the back office.
1) Does deleting an event delete the registration records of that event. I ask because it's possible the admin deleted and re-entered the event for some reason.
2) Is there any way to see historical information about registrations beside the RECORDS tab so I can see if something like that was done.
They're using JEvents and syncing to DT Register. All the latest core and components.
Hello. First, you need to make sure you are using the latest version of DT Register. The last few versions have went through a number of session-related improvements as some older builds had issues where it was possible for a payment to be made, but the record fail to be created. So, it's possible you've had that type of issue.
Second, to answer your question... YES, if an event is deleted, all associated records are deleted. Once deleted, there is no remaining trace of them. There is no other history of records kept elsewhere either. Thanks.

Does deleting an event delete the registration records?

Thank you - I do wish there was a way to stop people from deleting an event and therefor the registrations. Either that or some sort of independent payment information screen on the backend that would allow admins to check when people have paid for an event. CB Subs has something like that and it's handy.
