TOPIC: No graphics on backend Events page

Just upgraded DTE to version 2.8.8f with Joomla 2.5.14.

Now, in the backend Events page, the PUBLISH: column shows blank graphics (the ones that show when the browser can't find the referenced image) instead of the green and red dots that indicate publication status.

I have non-technical users working with this page all day, so it would be nice if they could see this information for each event at a glance.

Any idea how to fix this?

I am having almost the same issue. Upon a new installation of Dt Register (version 2.8.9) on Joomla 2.5.14, instead of getting the icon for the published status of an event, I code the HTML code instead.

@davidrourke - updating to 2.8.9 will resolve your issue.

@zdjamel - that is something we've never seen on any other site! Very strange. I'd suggest reinstalling DT Register as a first step. Make sure your permissions are all correct... 755 directories and 644 files from the top level of Joomla folders on down. If you can't sort it out, submit a ticket please with access to your site.

Well I read that the version was released on 29 of October, I suppose it is possible that you never seen the same problem elsewhere, but that is why I am reporting it .

I will do some checks and re-install DT register. Thank you for your fast answer!
