We are using version 2.8.8d with Joomla 2.5.13. We are seeing people completely register, system provides a DT transaction code, process the credit card but does not save any data into the database.

I am seeing this when someone registers more than one individual for an event within minutes of each other.

Any thoughts? Session issue not cleaning after completion?

Through the different builds of 2.8.8, many session improvements were made. That could fix it for you that easily. Beyond that, it could be a cache issue.
