TOPIC: Change Email in User panel config

I am trying to get the email to list the attending members in the registrant change notification email.. i am using this tag which works in all other messages or emails but not in this one.. am i missing something.. i did look for this issue but only found thread for admin change notifications which has to hard coded. Tried to do that one but it seem not to work either but I will settle for just letting the registrant see their change
