TOPIC: Blank Page after successful Auth.Net SIM Payment

we have our 2.5 site set to use the SIM method for Auth.net and things seem to be working again for many browsers. One common problem is after the payment, the registrant is sent back to our website, but the website message is blank. Any ideas on why this is. I checked the relay response url and its fine... Thank you messages in the configuration of DT and the individual events are also published...so there should be something there...

Hello. Is most of the page blank... as in a white page background? Or does your site load, just minus the expected thanks message in the content area?

If payment goes through fine, record is created, emails sent, etc... but just no message... then there is a configuration issue somewhere in the mix. First, make sure you have the latest build of DT Register in place. If you do and can't figure this out, submit a ticket with access to your site so we can take a look. Please include a note of a specific event where this issue has happened. Thanks.
