Hi,

I'm having trouble with the Fee Fields not adding to the amount due when editing record in the back-end.

When a user registers from the front end and selects a number of Additional Admission Passes ($10 each) in addition to the base registration fee, everything works fine.

However I just had a client call and request 10 admission passes to be added to his total. So I found his record on the back end, changed the Admission Pass drop-down to 10, and hit save. However, the total amount due did not change.

Can you please advise how to fix this?

My guess would be that you are either using an older version and just need to update... or your field is not setup correctly... or both. :)

First update to the current package as found in My Orders. Then verify that the field is configured correctly, and open and re-save your event. See if the issue remains after that. If so, submit a ticket so we can check it out.

I have the most up to date version installed.

Can you tell me what specifically in the configuration what would affect back-end updates to the field not to reflect in the amount due (keeping in mind it works fine in the front-end)

You really need to submit a ticket for this. We don't have any other reports of backend manual registrations not calculating correctly... and can't replicate it on our sites. So submit the ticket with access to your site so we can see what's happening... and exactly how to replicate the issue. Thanks.

The initial registrations work fine and calculate correctly.

It's when I try to change a fee field after registration has already been submitted that the Amount isn't updating.

So if a user calls me and wishes to add a few more guest passes to their registration, I'm going into their record and changing '1' pass to '4', however the total isn't being added. This is the case for all users.

I would rather not submit a ticket and grant access to my Joomla admin, as the database of registrations contains sensitive information.

Could you tell me which files handle this and I can try re-uploading?
