Hello,

We are using Joomla 2.5.8 and DT Register 2.8.4. I have setup a new Event (synced from JEvents). I set up a Test Paypal account (sandbox.paypal) and a Pay Later method. However after payment, I do not see the record in the DT Register "Records" tab. Emails are sent fine though. My access is both Administrator and Super User.

The events do not appear in the CSV Export tab too, so I cannot export records from there too.

Any help on where to look appreciated!

Hello. This is just a permissions issue. You do need to update to the current version, but still, just a permissions issue. Go to DT Register -> Permissions. First, click "Sync Groups". Then set permissions as needed and Save. Be aware that the first box "Edit Own Items Only" should rarely be checked for Super Users... or you'll only be able to see events, records, etc for things that you are the owner/moderator of.

Also, as you stated, you are both an Administrator and a Super User. Is there a reason? Most likely there is not. Being assigned to multiple groups will affect the permissions in DT Register. If you REALLY need to be assigned to multiple groups, then just add your user to the permissions matrix and set your permissions so it overrides group permissions.

Your records are there I'm sure... you just don't see them do to this. It's the same reason why you don't see any events in the export area. Thanks!

Thank you. I just checked, i also had "Registered" access apart from Adminstrator. I removed "Registered" access and I can see the records. Thanks for help.
