Anyone else having this proglem?

Randomly user registrations are not saving on the back end (or front) after the user pays. If I look up the confirmation number (that is being recorded on authorize.net) it shows no record found.

Also, the user is just paying for the base class, not any options (we sell a book along with the class, but when they choose the book, the total does not update for billing)

Summary: User enrolls, pays, but I, nor the user can see the registration. Emails are not also sent.

Help? A ticket has also been submitted.

Just to give everyone an update. Support has been right with me during this. The new update seems to have corrected the issue. (Keeping fingers crossed.)

We are seeing this as well, very random. User registers, gets to confirmation page and its blank, proceeds to payment screen. Payment is processed but no data is saved in back end of DTReg. We are running DTReg 3.0.3.

waynejb - we've made many recent changes that have resolved this issue for almost everyone. The current version you should be on is 3.0.4. We have just found another potential issue that causes this type of problem on some sites still... and seemingly random... as it depends on what features are being used, how the form is filled out, etc. We're making additional changes now to hopefully close this gap 100%. Get updated to the current package and that will help. Then watch for the next announcement of a new update.
