TOPIC: NSS: client certificate not found

Hi, our SSL cert expired a few days ago and we needed to purchase new one. We are using Quickbooks Merchant Services to process cards. After entering CC info, I get this error NSS: client certificate not found.

But the payment goes through as expected. I am concerned that this will lead to confusion because there is a Radio button on the notification page that says "Try again" and people will enter there card info again and be changed again.

To follow up.

Even though the credit card is charge (but doesn't indicate that anywhere) The user is never registered for the event and no information can be found in DT Register.

This is a very old thread now resurrected. I have to assume partswench that you are using an old version of DT Register as the only license I saw connected to your name was LONG expired.

If you have a valid license and are using the current version of DT Register... at that point, still having a problem, let us know. However, we are unaware of any QBMS issues in the current package. Thanks.

That could be.. I have a client who was interested in seeing how it would work before purchasing .. so I dropped in an old version I had..
will check with him and see if he is still interested in the purchase
