I am having the same issue although I have Authorize.net as payment gateway.
Authorize.net has a successful transaction and I can search for it. However when I go into DT register there is no record for the registration.
The number of customers that are registering for my events on a daily basis is growing...is this due to high volume? Do you guys have any news if this has been addressed by DT Register somehow in some bug fixing?
This is going to be a BIG ISSUE for us as customers are paying and we do not have any way to check it unless we do not do a manual reconciliation from the payment gateway website.
