TOPIC: a german problem maybe

Hi, i use for emails the field [LOCATION_DETAILS]. But if the mail is send, it looks like this:
WBS Training AG
Großkopfstr. 8
Berlin, 13403
Germany

But this is not normal in germany. Better is something like this:
WBS Training AG
Großkopfstr. 8
13403 Berlin

But where can i choose this?
