TOPIC: 2.8.2a to 2.8.2b fixes?

I did not see that there was a 2.8.2b that came out. I am in the middle of a few registrations and I did not know what the "b" version addressed. I promise I did look on the site and within the package for a change list but I did not see one. My eyes are not what they once were though. I have a few support tickets in where the issue has not been answered/acknowledged yet so I was just curious if this version addressed any of my problems. I don't want to accidentally introduce something new when I know what my issues are right now.
