The question I have is in regards to a situation when a user reserves multiple seats at an event. For example, if we have an event which allows 10 users to attend as the maximum, some members will set the amount of people in their group to be more than 1. Let's say they reserved a single group with 5 members. For some reason, when that member gets the auto-email which tells them their reservation info, it would says 1 seat reserved, rather than 5.
But, when we log in through the admin panel / DT Register / Records, we can see that the members column will list the number of members with that group reservation.
Is there a configuration setting that can be made to dynamically generate the correct group reservation amount for these auto-generated emails? Also just to verify, in the example above, would the amount of reserved spots left be set to 5 (10 max - 5 reserved = 5 spots left)?

Depending on how your email template and fields are set up, each member can get emailed their reservation but the biller can be sent an email that shows all members together when you use the groupmember tags. I don't know if this helps you or not.
