A fix is required for /administrator/components/com_dtregister/models/country.php

Lines 85 and 86 (84 and 87 shown for clarity):

'Great Britain'=>'Great Britain',
'Greece'=>'Grenada',
'Grenada'=>'Bahrain',
'Guatemala'=>'Guatemala',

should be:

'Great Britain'=>'Great Britain',
'Greece'=>'Greece',
'Grenada'=>'Grenada',
'Guatemala'=>'Guatemala',
