When receiving a check, marking it as paid and the payment amount, is there a way to receive an administrative email when you hit the Resend Thank You Email on the back end? Or better yet, ANYTIME, you hit the Resend Thank You Email, can the administrative emails be re-sent however they are currently set up in the templates?
The multiple people who work the registrations like to have the "PAID" email as often they are asked to send a copy to people besides the billing contact, or refer to it via quick organized email searches.
No worries... I will get that put in as a feature request. Would you be willing to point us to the correct piece of code so that perhaps we can add a fixed email address? This way when we manually resend the Thank You, a copy can go to an address of our choosing? That way we can distribute however we want from that point.
